6. Cash on Delivery

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

Customers are required to pay the applicable order amount to the delivery representative when the order is delivered.

We currently provide delivery within Pakistan.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to the requirements and conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

All returned products may be inspected before a return or refund is approved.

Eligible RP National Electronic products are covered by a 2-Year Warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.

The warranty may not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
